Her lovely, original bisque face is framed by golden curls; and her graceful floor length gown of soft peach chiffon recalls the images of bygone days, when southern ladies strolled plantation lawns in long skirts and parasols.   Delicate ivory lace and fine satin ribbon trim the gown, creating the effect of a bib and apron. A wide brimmed hat of peach and ivory tissue taffeta and satin shoes with peach rosettes, complete her outfit.   Each Southern Belle is a numbered edition. You will find Amanda’s number 787 is inscribed on her neck near the hallmark and date of 1984.   Amanda is musical; her delicate 18 note musical movement playing “Let me call you sweetheart”
