Cassandra is the fourth and final doll in the Precious as Pearls™ limited edition series. Her elegant costume, designed by Susan Stone Aiken, features an ivory taffeta dress with a bodice ruffle and overskirt in a cotton print, which incorporates pink, blue and lavender, the colors of the first three Precious as Pearls™ dolls. Rows of delicate ivory lace, satin ribbons and pearls lavishly trim her outfit.

Her original bisque porcelain face with large blue paperweight eyes is framed in ringlets and curls and is crowned with a matching hat trimmed with layers of pink and ivory lace and silk flowers. A hoop petticoat, lace stockings and satin shoes adorned with embroidered butterflies complete her elegant outfit.

Cassandra wears a Precious as Pearls pin set with three pearls and a pearl drop, designating her position as fourth in the series.

She is 19” tall, hallmarked and dated, and her number is written in gold on her neck, near the hallmark.

Gorham certifies that Cassandra is issued in a limited edition of 1500. Each doll has been inspected to assure Gorham’s high standards of quality have been met.
