Controlling Provisions

Returns & Exchanges

We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we'll gladly fix it. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of package. Non-Personalized Unopened Exchanges and Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt with a prior RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Personalized items are not returnable or refundable. You will be credited your original purchase cost less shipping. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If we made a mistake in your order we will pay for shipping costs to return and exchange the product.

Order Cancellation

Non Personalized items: If you need to cancel your order you must contact us with the reason for cancellation. Orders may be cancelled any time prior to shipping, if they have not yet been personalized. After they are shipped, you may refuse the shipment at delivery time. If you refuse the shipment you will be responsible for any and all freight charges and may incur a restocking fee. Please email us that you have refused the shipment so that we will be expecting its return.

PERSONALIZED items: We stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise. Our guarantee includes exchanges only. No refunds are available on personalized items. Items without personalization may incur a restocking fee. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. No exceptions.

Please keep in mind, PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after event date, regardless if they are defective or damaged, as Irish American Pride cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise. Any defective or damaged merchandise you wish to exchange must have a Irish American Pride issued RA NUMBER before returning.

Inspection and Acceptance

Claims against us for damage, shortage, or errors in shipping must be reported within one (1) day following delivery to you. After such one (1) day period, you shall be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the products, if not previously accepted. After such acceptance, you shall have no right to reject the products for any reason or to revoke acceptance. You hereby agree that such one (1) day period is a reasonable amount of time for such inspection and revocation.

Warranty

WE MAKE NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WHETHER IMPLIED BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, AND IN NO EVENT, WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR ANY OTHER LOSS, DAMAGE, COST OF REPAIRS OR INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LIQUIDATED DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED UPON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, SALE, TRANSPORTATION, INSTALLATION, USE OR REPAIR OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD BY US. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, AND IN NO EVENT, SHALL OUR LIABILITY, IF ANY, EXCEED THE NET SALES PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S); NO ADDITIONAL ALLOWANCE SHALL BE MADE FOR THE LABOR OR EXPENSE OF REPAIRING OR REPLACING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR WORKMANSHIP OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE SAME. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS PARAGRAPH, ALL PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY US AND OUR EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "WHERE IS," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS."
