Shipping

 

Once we receive your order, each order usually ships within 2-3 business days. Candles and favors ship within 5 business days.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipments destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of the item. We provide limited international drop shipping to Canada, the Virgin Island and Puerto Rico. Products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

 

Alternate Shipping Address

An alternate shipping address is an address other than the address used on your monthly credit card statement. Orders may be shipped to YOU at an alternate address. You may enter the alternate shipping address on the secure credit card payment page. Use this to have your order sent to YOU at your company address or other location other than the billing address for your credit card. You may want to contact your credit card issuer to inform them of your alternate shipping address.

Delivery

Our standard method of delivery is by United Parcel Service ("UPS") or USPS Priority mail. We can ship by UPS or USPS Priority to anywhere in the United States. Shipping costs will vary according to the size, weight, and destination. If you cause or request a shipment delay, or if we ship or deliver the products erroneously as a result of inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied by you or your agents or employees, storage and all other additional costs and risks shall be borne solely by you. Claims for products damaged or lost in transit should be made by you to us. Once UPS delivery confirmation indicates a package has been delivered, we nor UPS have any responsibility as to the security of the package. If delivery confirmation indicates a delivery occurred, and the package subsequently is discovered missing, you will need to contact your local US immediately. You will be charged for any fees we incur for address corrections when delivery is attempted and UPS charges us for redirecting your package to the correct address for the following (but not limited to) reasons: (a) the address you supplied when you ordered is incorrect; or (b) you instruct delivery to be made to an alternate address; or (c) you have moved and did not inform us before we shipped.

Inspection and Acceptance

Claims against us for damage, shortage, or errors in shipping must be reported within one (1) day following delivery to you. After such one (1) day period, you shall be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the products, if not previously accepted. After such acceptance, you shall have no right to reject the products for any reason or to revoke acceptance. You hereby agree that such one (1) day period is a reasonable amount of time for such inspection and revocation.

Returns & Exchanges

We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we'll gladly fix it. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of package. Non-Personalized Unopened Exchanges and Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt with a prior RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Personalized items are not returnable or refundable. You will be credited your original purchase cost less shipping. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If we made a mistake in your order we will pay for shipping costs to return and exchange the product.
